The Senior Technical Order Management role is responsible for the end-to-end coordination, execution, and monitoring of complex customer orders involving technical products and systems. This role serves as the key interface between Sales, Project Management, Supply Chain, and Business and Sales Operations teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of customer-specific configurations and project-based orders. The candidate will play a critical role in driving operational excellence, resolving order-related issues, and continuously improving order processing workflows specially supporting North-America region from Munich. Scope and Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process in SAP (PS,FI, SD, MM, CO, OTC, PLTP) for technical, commercial and project-based orders.
• Lead and manage the order execution in SAP within the PS module (project set up, network activity, WBS)
• Proven ability to manage and execute complex machinery projects in an international environment
• Manage the commercial execution of contracts, including payment terms, INCOTERMS, and compliance with export control.
• Coordinate closely with Sales, Project Management, Finance, Logistics, and Service during project execution.
• Handle external purchase orders, track delivery timelines, and ensure timely handover to customers.
• Ensure accurate invoicing, track outstanding payments, and monitor customer credit limits.
• Maintain project and revenue data, supporting smooth month-end closing and reporting.
• Communicate order and delivery status regularly to MEA management, escalating issues when needed.
• Participate in business reviews, manage warranty contracts, and oversee booking of free-of-cost materials in SAP.

Job Requirements:

• Comprehensive, verifiable experience with SAP PS, strong command of WBS structures and practical experience in creating, maintaining and scheduling network plans.
• 5+ years of experience in technical order processing additional knowledge in commercial order processing, sales support and project administration preferred
• 5+ years of expertise with SAP and understanding of technical and commercial order workflows.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management. Advanced degrees are a plus.
• Fluency in English and German (French, Spanish or any other proficient language good to have).
