Candidate profile

• Education & Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a Service Delivery Manager or similar role within the IT services industry, Proven track record in managing IT service delivery in complex, international environments.
• Skills & Qualification: Solid knowledge of IT service management frameworks, ITIL certification is required, Project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent) is a plus, Experience in managing third-party vendors and external service providers.
• Working style: Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills, Excellent team leadership and people management capabilities.
• Languages: Business fluent in English (min.C1) and good German skills (min.B2) is an advantage.

Your responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of IT outtasking services in line with SLAs and client expectations.
• Lead and coordinate internal teams as well as external subcontractors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
• Monitor service performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
• Drive operational excellence through continuous service improvement.
• Act as the primary operational contact for clients and facilitate regular service reviews.
• Support the development of service delivery processes and contribute to strategic improvements.
