Our Client

We are looking for you to join our client's team in Gräfelfing as soon as possible as an IT specialist (m/f/d) on a full-time or part-time basis.
Your Tasks
- IT support for internal users forms the core of your responsibilities
- You will oversee proper installations and rollouts of PCs, printers, and servers
- Your responsibilities also include supporting company-specific software
- In cooperation with the specialist departments, you are responsible for receiving and analyzing faults and (the corresponding rectification of faults) solutions to any faults
- You provide on-site support at the company's Bavarian locations
- Finally, you will be responsible for providing personal support and assistance to employees with IT and other services on site
Our Requirements
- You have completed training as an IT specialist for system integration or have a comparable qualification
- In addition, you have (at least 3 years) of relevant professional experience in IT support
- You live in Munich or the immediate vicinity, as regular home office work is not planned for this position
- You have a class B driver's license
- In addition, you have fluent German language skills at C1 level, both spoken and written
- You have a good knowledge of common Microsoft systems and Office applications
- You are characterized by a strong service orientation and problem-solving skills
