Taskforce Coordinator
Main Task :
- Act as an intermediary between colleagues at Guntner Mexico and the company.
- Analyze and report on issues related to Indonesian colleagues in Guntner Mexico
- Monitor and ensure that the needs and facilities of colleagues at Guntner Mexico are met (both work facilities and living facilities)
- Collect invoices and expenses in the apartment (monthly rent, electricity, internet service).
- Update employee information with the Indonesian Embassy in Mexico, acting as a representative of Güntner.
- Collect the document for passport renewal documents, processing documents at INM (Issue & renewal resident permit)

Qualification: - Min. Bachelor’s degree in any major
- Proficient in English
- Intermediate in Ms. Office (Excel)
- Analytical thinking & problem solving
- Highly good communication skills, follow through actions and decisions with sense of urgency, punctuality and ready to work under pressure.
- Interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
- Willing to be placed in Guntner Mexico
- Experienced in industrial relations and/or human resources management.
