To strengthen our team, we’re looking for a Team Lead Software Development (m/f/d) with a clear focus on the functional and disciplinary leadership of our Tech team and the continued development of our PLITCH trainer.

Aufgaben

DEINE AUFGABEN

• Fachliche, disziplinarische und organisatorische Leitung eines Software-Entwicklungs-Teams (Junior, Mid-Level und Senior Engineers)
• Verantwortung für KPIs, Qualität, Stabilität und Weiterentwicklung unserer Desktop- und Webanwendungen
• Steuerung der Priorisierung neuer Features sowie Fehlerbehebungen im Kontext der verschiedenen Stakeholder (z.B. Produkt, Marketing und Finance)
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Product & Operations, Reverse Game Engineering, Produkt Data Analysis und Marketing
• Förderung von Wissensaustausch, Mentoring und Weiterentwicklung der Teammitglieder
• Monitoring von Markt- und Technologietrends

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Functional, disciplinary, and organizational leadership of a software development team (Junior, Mid-Level, and Senior Engineers)
• Ownership of KPIs, quality, stability, and continuous improvement of our desktop and web applications
• Managing the prioritization of new features and bug fixes in collaboration with various stakeholders (e.g., Product, Marketing, and Finance)
• Close collaboration with Product & Operations, Reverse Game Engineering, Product Data Analysis, and Marketing
• Promoting knowledge sharing, mentoring, and individual growth within the team
• Monitoring market and technology trends
• Creating an environment where our Core Values are tangible in everyday work - through open feedback, mutual support, and continuous learning

Qualifikation

DEIN PROFIL

• Erfahrung in der Teamführung eines Entwicklungsteams oder in der technischen Leitung
• Du bist vertraut mit agilen Methoden
• Erfahrung im Aufbau von Teamstrukturen und Prozessen
• Du bist immer auf den neuesten Stand über neue Trends im Bereich IT und Development
• Hohe Problemlösungskompetenz, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und analytisches Denken
• Kommunikationsstärke, Empathie und Freude daran, andere weiterzuentwickeln
• Du verstehst Führung nicht nur als Steuerung, sondern als Vorbildfunktion: Du lebst unsere Core Values aktiv vor und stärkst sie in deinem Team – im Umgang miteinander, in Entscheidungen und in deiner Kommunikation
• Sprachkenntnisse: Du sprichst Deutsch und Englisch fließend
