Aufgaben

Design, develop, and implement RPA (Robotic Process Automation) solutions using Microsoft

Power Automate, Microsoft Power Apps, Microsoft Copilot Studio and related technologies

Use the latest technologies, i.e. AI Agents to build relevant solutions

Analyze existing business processes and identify automation opportunities

Conduct process mining and optimization to maximize automation efficiency

Provide technical guidance and best practices for RPA implementation

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs

Perform testing and quality assurance of automated processes

Train and support end-users in utilizing automated solutions

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)

Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Power Virtual Agents), Azure and Copilot Studio

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences

Experience in developing and delivering technical training content

Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance requirements

Experience in change-management, coaching and digital transformation initiatives is a plus

Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken)
