Aufgaben

Design, develop, and implement RPA (Robotic Process Automation) solutions using Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft PowerApps, Microsoft Copilot Studio and related technologies

Use the latest technologies, i.e. AI Agents to build relevant solutions

Analyze existing business processes and identify automation opportunities

Conduct process mining and optimization to maximize automation efficiency

Provide technical guidance and best practices for RPA implementation

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs

Perform testing and quality assurance of automated processes

Train and support end-users in utilizing automated solutions

Qualifikationen

Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Information Technology, or related field

3+ years of experience in Process Improvement and RPA implementation and consulting

Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft PowerApps, Microsoft Copilot Studio, including desktop and cloud flows

Experience in LLM&;s and in PowerBI is a plus

Strong understanding of API integration and web services

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and strong communication in German and English
