You’ll make an impact by

• Support a strategic change initiative to rethink and redesign our working model
• Collaborate on innovative concepts in talent management and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI)
• Design engaging presentations, workshops, and learning materials
• Assist in planning and executing hybrid and virtual events
• Create content for newsletters, blog posts, and internal communications
• Take ownership of administrative tasks with attention to detail

 

Your success is grounded in

• Education
• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Psychology, HR, Communications, or a related field

• Experience & Skills
• Strong analytical and organizational capabilities
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Creative and strategic thinker with strong communication skills
• Ideally, you have gained initial practical experience through working student positions or internships, preferably in larger consulting companies

• Languages
• You are fluent in both German and English
