ABOUT
Our HR Business Operations Team is looking for your support as of the next possible date.

• You will support the HR Business Partners and HR Specialists in all operational HR issues (employment contracts, remuneration measures, reference letters, works council hearings, etc.)
• Your creativity is needed to create hand-out and information material; your knowledge and use of AI is appreciated
• You support our recruitment activities (e.g. screening resumes, interview scheduling)
• Your engagement is needed in creating as well as updating forms and templates for our document library
• Your tasks also include the preparation of workshop materials and presentations for the department

• You are enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, preferably in the fields of HR, Business Administration, Psychology or similar
• You are inspired by HR topics, digitalization, and harmonization of HR processes
• You have attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and strong communication and interpersonal skills
• You have good MS Office skills and ideally knowledge in using CoPilot and SAP SuccessFactors
• You are fluent in German and have very good English language skills
