What potential would you like to unlock with us?

Challenges you will tackle:

• You are the primary point of contact for our B2B customers regarding transport orders, notifications, and logistical KPIs, ensuring long-term, positive customer relationships.
• In your interface role between customer and dispatch, you keep track of all agreed services and ensure their smooth execution.
• When it comes to "truck looking for cargo,” you find the solution: you expand customer contacts, use freight exchanges, and optimize capacity utilization as well as empty runs.
• You work in a structured way, think proactively, and contribute your own ideas to continuously improve processes and workflows.

Qualifications that convince us:

• Completed commercial vocational training or a degree in business administration (Bachelor’s).
• Practical experience in a B2B customer environment, ideally in logistics or a comparable service sector.
• Proficient in MS Office and transport management systems.
• Clear and reliable communication—including in English—is second nature to you.
• You work responsibly, solution-oriented, and enjoy collaborating in a team.
