May Ventures is an early-stage VC for founders navigating the greatest technological shift in human history. We look for companies driving this transformation with AI, focusing on pre-seed and seed-stage ventures in B2B software and industrial innovation, primarily in Germany and its European neighbours, with a particular interest in our home region.

Requirements

Regardless of experience level, the following qualities are generally a plus:

• Professional experience in venture capital, a tech-driven startup or founder role, or in top-tier management consulting or investment banking (PE, M&A, etc.) with first exposure to VC.
• Strong academic background: a university degree (Bachelor, Master or PhD) in Business, Finance, Economics, Law or a technical field such as Computer Science, Information Systems or Data Science.
• Hands-on experience with AI and building agentic workflows is a strong plus.
• An international and multicultural mindset, combined with strong command of both English and German.
