Your Responsibilities

Project Organisation & Client Support

• Supporting project teams with organisational and administrative tasks
• Coordinating appointments, timelines and alignments
• Preparing and following up on client meetings
• Maintaining project overviews, documentation and tools

Coworking Space & Office Management

• Organising and managing our coworking space
• Acting as a point of contact for members, guests and service providers
• Coordinating office processes, orders and appointments
• Supporting the maintenance and further development of our day-to-day office operations

What You Bring

• Experience in office management, project management or a comparable role
• A structured, independent and reliable way of working
• Strong communication skills and a confident manner
• Organisational talent and a good sense of priorities
• Confident use of digital tools (e.g. calendars, project management tools, office applications)
