As a Data Governance & Master Data SAP Specialist (m/f/d) in the area of digitalization, you will be part of a dedicated team that prioritizes data quality, transparency, and collaboration. You will have the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the further development and smooth operation of our data governance – especially in the context of master data.

Your future tasks
- You design data governance measures for the article master and ensure that guidelines, processes and standards in SAP ERP and SAP MDG M are defined, implemented and continuously developed.
- As part of the SAP transformation, you will provide expert support for the transition to a group-wide SAP system landscape – from conception and consulting to training and configurations.
- Working closely with various departments, you will establish uniform data standards.
- With your expertise, you train colleagues on data governance guidelines and processes and support users in the compliant and efficient use of the system landscape.
- You keep an eye on data quality, identify areas for action, and implement effective rules and sustainable improvement measures.
- You will develop future-oriented concepts for SAP ERP and SAP MDG M and design data models, workflows and validation rules so that they support our business requirements in a smart and efficient way.
Your profile
- You have successfully completed vocational training as a specialist in digitalization management or in another commercial field with a digital focus. Alternatively, you have a degree in business administration or business informatics.
- You possess sound SAP knowledge – especially in SAP ERP and SAP MDG M, including configuration, customization, and control of data-relevant processes.
- You have already gained initial experience with data governance and understand its importance for data quality, consistency, and security.
- You also feel confident in data integration and migration within SAP systems.
- Analyzing and improving data quality is just as much a part of your job as implementing cleansing and optimization measures.
- Furthermore, you can explain complex technical content – especially regarding SAP – in an understandable way and confidently train colleagues.
