As part of our growth, we are looking for you as a Senior Recruiter (m/f/d).
Your Tasks
- You are responsible for the end-to-end recruiting process for senior specialist and executive positions
- You will develop a target-group-specific recruiting strategy that includes active sourcing, direct outreach, and building a talent pipeline
- In doing so, you will work closely with the business units and senior management in an advisory capacity
- Selecting appropriate recruitment channels, monitoring the market, and continuously optimizing recruitment performance are also central to your responsibilities
- You will conduct structured interviews, refine interview and selection methods, and build a strong talent network.
Our Requirements
- You have a college degree or have successfully completed a business apprenticeship
- Several years of experience in senior recruiting or executive search
- In-depth expertise in active sourcing, modern recruiting methods, and stakeholder management at the executive level
- You are distinguished by your confident communication and consulting skills
- A structured and independent work style rounds out your profile
