We are looking for an experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer with a strong background in AI engineering to join our growing team and help design, build, and deploy robust, intelligent software solutions for our clients. In this role, you will lead and deliver high-impact full-stack applications in collaboration with renowned clients in the European industry.

You will work hands-on to build end-to-end products, integrate multi-modal datasets, and embed predictive and generative AI features into scalable user interfaces and backend architectures. Tasks

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• End-to-End Development: Design, build, and maintain scalable, production-grade full-stack web applications that seamlessly integrate AI features, LLM workflows, and client-specific enterprise data.
• Architecture & API Design: Craft robust backend microservices, design efficient database schemas, and build secure APIs capable of handling high-throughput inference and data streaming.
• AI Integration & Orchestration: Embed predictive models and generative AI capabilities into user-facing products using orchestration frameworks and vector databases.
• CI/CD & DevOps Excellence: Establish modern DevOps and MLOps standards, building reusable pipelines for clean code deployment, automated testing, containerization, and system monitoring.
• Technical Strategy & Leadership: Translate complex business requirements into technical blueprints, bridging the gap between raw AI capability and intuitive user experiences. Advise stakeholders on technical strategy, clearly communicating architectural tradeoffs regarding cost, latency, performance, and scalability.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with proven experience building enterprise-scale full-stack applications with integrated AI components.
• Full-Stack Proficiency: Strong command of modern frontend frameworks and advanced proficiency in backend languages, specifically Python (FastAPI, Django) and/or Node.js/TypeScript.
• Expert command of software design patterns, clean code principles, distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud infrastructure orchestration.
• Leadership & Code Quality: Ability to define and execute technical roadmaps paired with experience mentoring engineering teams, conducting code/architecture reviews, and enforcing engineering excellence.
