IndustrialMind.ai builds AI for engineering and manufacturing. Work directly with industrial customers in Germany and across DACH to turn complex workflows into production AI applications. Based in Munich, this role combines hands-on engineering with on-site customer collaboration. On-site or hybrid arrangements and customer travel are agreed around project needs. 

• Embed with customer engineering and operations teams. Understand their workflows, inspect real data, and define a focused use case with measurable acceptance criteria. 
• Own delivery from discovery and technical scoping through system design, prototyping, implementation and production rollout. 
• Build Python services, AI agents and retrieval workflows. Connect engineering drawings, documents and enterprise systems through APIs, including CAD, PLM, ERP or MES where relevant. 
• Make deployments dependable: build evaluations and tests, implement access controls and observability, and work with customer IT on deployment requirements. 
• Lead technical workshops, troubleshoot in the customer environment, support adoption and measure results. Turn recurring deployment patterns into reusable platform capabilities with Product and Engineering. 

• A track record of shipping software or AI applications into production, with ownership beyond the prototype stage. 
• Strong Python skills and practical experience with APIs, databases, debugging and automated testing. Ability to build across the stack when a customer workflow requires it. 
• Hands-on experience with LLM applications, AI agents or retrieval-augmented generation, including evaluation and failure analysis. 
• Experience deploying and operating applications on Azure, AWS or a comparable environment, with attention to security and reliability. 
• Confidence working directly with customers: clarify ambiguous requirements, explain technical tradeoffs and take responsibility for delivery. 
• German sufficient to lead customer workshops and English for technical collaboration. Ability to work on-site in Munich and at customer locations as projects require.
