Founded in late 2024, Omnisent is a Munich-based acoustic AI company developing next-generation sensing systems that turn sound into real-time intelligence. At the core of Omnisent’s innovation are ultra-low-power sonic devices and the company’s Large Acoustic Model (LAM) — a foundation model trained on the complex world of non-speech audio. This unique combination enables the real-time detection, classification, and localization of acoustic events — whether identifying drones in contested airspace or tracing air leaks in manufacturing systems.
Tasks
- Support the sales lifecycle from early outbound prospecting to qualified opportunity development, helping drive momentum through discovery calls, product walkthroughs, and coordinated handoffs to senior team members.
- Engage prospective customers across security and related sectors to understand their operational challenges and communicate the value of Omnisent’s acoustic-AI capabilities in clear, compelling terms.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline by generating new opportunities, managing inbound interest, conducting follow-ups, and ensuring accurate tracking and forecasting within the CRM.
- Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and RFP responses, helping translate Omnisent’s technology into understandable commercial and operational benefits.
- Collaborate closely with senior account executives, and product teams to tailor solutions, gather customer requirements, and ensure insights flow back into product development.
- Represent Omnisent in customer-facing engagements, including introductory demos, events, and onsite support activities, contributing to trust-building and early-stage customer validation.
Requirements
Basic Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or other customer-facing commercial positions.
- Strong ability to engage prospects, qualify opportunities, and support early sales-cycle activities such as discovery, demos, and follow-ups.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English & German, paired with a confident and credible customer-facing presence.
- Highly organized and disciplined, with strong pipeline management and reliable CRM hygiene.
- Valid EU work permit.
Preferred Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience supporting or contributing to technical or complex solution sales, ideally in hardware, deep-tech, or AI-driven environments.
- Prior success in outbound prospecting, pipeline building, or early-stage opportunity development.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with technical teams to understand and communicate product capabilities.
- Background in startup or fast-paced environments, with high ownership, adaptability, and willingness to take on increasing responsibility.
