Tasks
To make all this happen, we are looking for a Marketing Manager to work closely with our Founder & CEO, Felix, and take full ownership of marketing end-to-end — shaping our positioning and messaging while driving demand generation and measurable pipeline impact. As our first dedicated marketing hire, you’ll partner closely with sales and take on a central role in driving growth and commercial success.
🎖️What success looks like
In your first month
- You will understand our ICP, buyer personas, and create core messaging for the global market.
- You will align closely with sales to ensure clear positioning and lead quality.
- You will create innovative (content, tools, ect.) and highly efficient ICP based marketing campaigns.
By 3 months
- You will measure and continuously improve MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline performance.
- You will create and manage key marketing assets, including landing pages, case studies, and sales materials.
- You will plan and coordinate participation in industry trade fairs, and events.
By 6 months
- You will build and run demand generation campaigns focused on qualified leads and pipeline impact.
- You will own PR activities / Press alongside our global terminal and feature rollouts
Requirements
🚀 What You Need to Be Successful:
- You bring experience in B2B Enterprise SaaS marketing role.
- You have a proven track record of driving measurable impact on pipeline and revenue.
- Proven experience in executing go-to-market initiatives, such as launching new products or entering new markets.
- You are fully fluent in English and confident communicating in professional business environments.
- You are hands-on, pragmatic, and confident taking ownership as the first marketing hire in the company.
- You are driven by innovative marketing approaches and continuously explore the latest trends, strategies, and growth hacks in B2B marketing.

- A buddy system to support you during your first 2 months.
- Clear goals for your first 1, 3, and 5 months, with expectations defined from day one so you know how success is measured.
- We know that starting a new role can be overwhelming. That’s why we provide clear documentation, a structured to-do list, and role-specific materials to help you get up to speed quickly.
