Tasks

What's this job all about:

• Client Consultation and Solution Design: Advise on digital HR transformation, develop tailored strategies, and implement HR technology solutions to address unique challenges and enhance HR processes
• Project Management: Oversee the creation and execution of project plans, including development, selection, and implementation of HR-IT systems, ensuring success through reports and presentations
• Business Development: Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities, preparing proposals, and supporting the sales process to attract new clients

Requirements

What we're looking for:

• 3-6 years of experience in HR transformation or related fields
• Degree in Business Management, IT, Occupational Psychology or related fields
• Proficient in utilising HR systems with a solid understanding of how their interconnections impact end users and the organisation
• Strong ability to manage complex projects from planning through execution, ensuring successful client delivery
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, capable of conducting workshops, delivering presentations, and engaging with clients
• Professional working proficiency (C1) in German and English
