IRUBIS is a young biotechnology start-up specializing in bioprocess monitoring. We are building a state-of-the-art spectroscopy system, Monipa, to provide our biopharma customers with real-time analysis of their bioprocesses in drug development.

As a Senior Software Engineer at IRUBIS you will develop on-device software with modern technology and improve our internal infrastructure. Apply to IRUBIS and be part of a great team that aims to revolutionize the way biopharmaceuticals are produced!

Tasks

• Develop our full-stack application using FastAPI and React/Next.js
• Integrate hardware components into our software
• Improve our Linux-Based Infrastructure
• Develop internal tooling and automation workflows using Ansible and Streamlit
• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions
• Collaborate closely with hardware, application, and sales teams

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in software development
• Strong programming skills in Python and TypeScript
• Experience writing clean, maintainable code and software tests
• Solid experience with Git and version control workflows
• Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Confidence working with Linux-based systems
• Proficiency in English
• Nice to Have: Experience in developing software for physical hardware; Experience with managing infrastructure
