We are looking for a a Working Student for Influencer Marketing (f/m/x) to join us in April/May 2026.

This role is perfect for someone with sale or marketing experience. The workload is between 20 hours a week.

Tasks

YOUR MISSION

• You will work in collaboration with our in-house Influencer Marketing Managers.
• Search for influencers using different strategies on various platforms, such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, podcasts, and our database.
• Create a pipeline of potential influencers and reach out to them to propose campaign.
• Ask for insights
• Negotiate campaign costs & deliverables and run the campaign with the influencers.
• Review campaign performance
• Rebook campaigns and deepen connection with our long-term Influencers.
• Help us innovate and develop new collaborations and contracts, from Micro-Influencers to Celebrities.

Requirements

YOUR PROFILE

• You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master’s program in Germany with at least 1,5 years remaining (mandatory).
• You are fluent in both English and German, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• You excel at using software to stay organized and efficient.
• You are able to utilize AI-tools to supercharge your workflow.
• You bring strong communication and sales skills to the table.
• You’re passionate about social media and eager to learn the ins and outs of Influencer Marketing.
• You’re available to work with us 20 hours per week.
