To strengthen our team at NMC Deutschland GmbH in Neu-Ulm for the Technical Insulation segment, we are looking for a Customer Service Agent (m/f/x) to join us as soon as possible.

As a Customer Service Agent, you will be a key link between our customers, field sales team, and internal departments. Through your strong organizational skills and customer-focused approach, you will ensure smooth order processing, support customer care activities, and contribute to building long-term customer relationships. Your commitment, communication skills, and solution-oriented mindset will play an important role in driving sales success and ensuring customer satisfaction.

We offer a permanent full-time position (minimum 30 hours per week).

Your Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries and process customer orders efficiently.
• Handle returns, complaints, and credit note processing.
• Maintain customer master data and prepare reports and statistics for Key Account Managers and Sales Management.
• Coordinate closely with Sales, Logistics, and Production departments to ensure excellent customer service.
• Support trade fairs, sales campaigns, and customer-related projects.

Your Profile

• Commercial education or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in order processing and customer service.
• Knowledge of export procedures and customs clearance is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and SAP.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills and a confident manner.
• Structured, organized, and reliable way of working.
• Strong customer and service orientation.
• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
