Maintenance Technician (m/f/d)

Tasks :

• Lead daily operational activities, diagnose and resolve technical issues, and optimize opportunities for improving Facilities & Utilities processes.

• Execute the preventive maintenance plan.

• Conduct technical investigations requiring critical thinking and analytical skills.

• Ensure that Facilities & Utilities processes are safe, efficient, and cost-effective, while maintaining high quality standards.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety measures, including alignment and consistency with existing organizational procedures (site, division, and corporate) and industry standards (cGMP, GEP, SUVA/ASIT, etc.).

• Ensure appropriate safety measures are implemented to prevent injury risks in routine activities/projects (risk analysis, lockout/tagout (LOTO), etc.).

• Draft, review, and ensure continuous updating of facility documentation.

Qualification:

• CFC (or equivalent) in maintenance, electrotechnics, or mechanical industry.

• Expertise in electrical engineering and fluid systems engineering.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a GMP environment.

• IT skills: MS Office, CMMS, SAP (a plus).

• Experience in troubleshooting, process analysis, and problem-solving.

• Technical knowledge of Facilities & Utilities equipment in pharma/food-processing/process industries (a plus).

• Team spirit and customer-oriented mindset.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Sense of initiative and prioritization.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Fluent in French.
