Reliability & Parametric Test Engineer

Are you ready to take the next step in your microelectronics career? We are seeking a Reliability & Parametric Test Engineer to join our clients dynamic team, driving advanced testing and reliability initiatives for cutting-edge technologies using Agilent/Keysight platforms.

What You’ll Do:

Reliability Focus:

• Lead and expand the Wafer Level Reliability (WLR) program for production technologies.
• Monitor, analyze, and improve existing WLR tests, while developing new reliability assessments.
• Partner with R&D and Non-Volatile Memory (NVM) teams to implement targeted reliability tests.
• Serve as the go-to expert for device reliability across production technologies.

Parametric Test Focus:

• Take ownership of test programs, specifications, limit files, operating procedures, and work instructions for current production technologies.
• Support parametric testing for future technology nodes in close collaboration with the development team.
• Conduct measurement system analyses (Gage R&R) to ensure test accuracy and consistency.

To be considered you wil have the following:

• You hold an engineering degree in Physics or Microelectronics .
• You bring at least 3 years of experience in microelectronics, ideally with parametric testing and/or reliability experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured approach to managing multiple projects.
• Experienced with key methodologies such as DOE, FMEA, and MSA (Gage R&R) .
• Comfortable with programming in Python, C, and Linux .
• Enthusiastic, collaborative, and solutions-focused, thriving in a production-driven environment.

Language Requirements:

• Fluency in French and English (spoken and written) is essential.
