To support our Sales team and continue our growth journey, we are looking for a:

Customer Lead (m/w/d)

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage and continuously optimize customer P&L performance, ensuring sustainable profitability and efficient allocation of trade investments.
• Translate Revenue Growth Management (RGM) strategies into actionable customer-level initiatives across pricing, promotions, assortment, and ROI optimization.
• Develop and implement long-term customer strategies that support profitable growth, margin expansion, and strong commercial execution.
• Drive data-driven decision-making by creating transparency around turnover, margins, trade spend, and key value drivers.
• Prioritize resources and investments based on strategic objectives, commercial opportunities, and value creation potential.
• Safeguard and enhance commercial frameworks, governance standards, and best practices related to pricing, promotions, and profitability management.
• Build and maintain strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, and external customer stakeholders.
• Foster long-term, mutually beneficial customer relationships while ensuring alignment with company objectives and profitability targets.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve net revenue, product mix, customer profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Lead business reviews, performance analyses, and strategic initiatives to support sustainable customer growth and commercial excellence.

Your Profile:

• Degree in Business Administration or related field
• 12+ years of FMCG experience
• Proven track record in Key Account Management and P&L responsibility
• Strong negotiation experience with top retail customers
• Deep understanding of retail dynamics (Full range or Discount)
• Experience in cross functional collaboration
• Solid experience in leading a team
• Fluent in German and English
