For our two Michelin-starred Restaurant Eisvogel, we are looking for a committed, responsible personality as Restaurant Manager (m/f/d) who will lead our young team both professionally and personally and set new standards together with us.

Tasks:

• Overall responsibility for the service in the Eisvogel restaurant (2 Michelin stars)
• Professional and personal leadership of a young, ambitious service team
• Ensuring and further developing the service and quality standards of top gastronomy
• Active guest care at the highest level
• Responsibility for wine and beverage accompaniment (including advice and recommendations)
• Working with high-quality products (including cheese trolley/cheese recommendations)
• Organization of reservation processes and confident handling of cash register and reservation systems
• Role model function in daily service

Profile:

• Several years of experience in star gastronomy
• Very sound knowledge of high-class service and guest care
• Strong knowledge of wine and beverages, ideally with a sommelier background
• High quality standards, precision and a genuine host mindset
• Entrepreneurial thinking and a strong sense of responsibility
• Strong leadership skills with empathy, team spirit and appreciative communication
