We are offering a new position as Watchmaker at our NORQAIN HQ in Nidau (Biel/Bienne) as of February 1st or per agreement.

Tasks

Your mission:

• T2 Work – Assembly of the watch head
• T3 Work – Assembly of the bracelet
• Perform intermediate quality checks: visual inspection, alignment, cleanliness, and finishing
• Handle components carefully, following cleanliness standards
• Use basic watchmaking tools: hand-setting tools, presses, inspection devices
• Conduct basic functionality tests: timekeeping, setting time and date, basic functions
• Report defects and track production progress

Requirements

Your skills:

• Professional experience in a similar role
• Solution-oriented, independent, and highly precise in your work
• Resilient, maintaining an overview even in busy situations
• Very good knowledge of German or French
• Passion for your profession, flexibility and ability to work in a team
• Willingness to contribute to a growing company with a “builder” mindset
• Identification with the NORQAINER spirit (adventure, outdoor sports, young & dynamic)
