Your Tasks - What to expect

• Lead and develop the international Site Management team, both professionally and disciplinarily

• Take responsibility for workforce planning and the coordination of multiple construction sites and locations worldwide

• Support Sales in cost calculations, tenders, and technical bid reviews

• Manage and coordinate international staff assignments, including labor law, administrative, and tax-related matters

• Further develop competencies and standards in the areas of Revitalization, Small Hydro XL, and HSE

• Ensure efficient resource planning and continuously improve processes and workflows

• Support project teams in the successful execution of large-scale projects with regard to quality, safety, schedules, and costs

• Collaborate closely with Project Management, Engineering, Sales, and other international project stakeholders

Your Profile - What you bring

• Completed technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable field

• At least 10 years of site experience as a Supervisor, Site Manager, or in a similar role

• Several years of leadership experience in an international project or construction environment

• Proven experience in coordinating multiple sites and teams

• Extensive experience with large-scale projects, ideally in the hydropower sector

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a solution-oriented and results-driven approach

• Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken

• Willingness to travel internationally

We offer a competitive gross monthly salary starting at €5.500,-. An all-in agreement applies to this position. Depending on qualifications and experience, a significant overpayment is possible.
