Your Responsibilities

• Responsibility for ongoing production controlling, including the preparation and analysis of relevant production KPIs and performance metrics

• Analysis of productivity, manufacturing hours, and capacity utilization, as well as identification of variances and optimization opportunities

• Conducting target-versus-actual analyses and evaluating production, material, and manufacturing costs

• Preparation of post-calculations and profitability analyses

• Supporting project controlling activities and continuously analyzing the financial performance of projects

• Monitoring project budgets, cost developments, and deviations from plan

• Assisting with the administration, reporting, and documentation of funded projects and grants

• Creating and continuously enhancing meaningful reports, KPIs, and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI, while actively contributing to the further development of ERP systems, data structures, and reporting processes

Your Profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field, with a focus on Controlling

• At least 5–10 years of relevant professional experience in controlling, ideally within an international corporate environment

• Strong analytical skills, a high affinity for numbers and a solid understanding of business and financial interrelationships

• Strong communication skills, a proactive mindset and a self-reliant, hands-on working style

• Advanced Excel skills, hands-on experience with ERP systems and a strong affinity for digital tools and technologies

• Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
