Job description
- You will set up the CNC machines professionally and take over the set-up for the next production run
- During the first batches, you will carry out targeted test runs and thus ensure the correct setting of the machines
- You will recognise any faults that occur and rectify them immediately so that the processes run smoothly
- If repairs are necessary, you will bring your technical skills to bear and solve tasks reliably
- With a checking eye, you will monitor the first quality checks and thus ensure a smooth start to production
- You will ensure that the machines are set up correctly, you contribute your technical skills and solve the tasks reliably
- with a scrutinising eye, you monitor the initial quality checks and thus ensure a flawless start to production
- from the cockpit, you control the machines, continuously optimise the settings and keep everything under control
- you carefully record all work steps and results in the documentation, thereby ensuring transparency
Requirements
- Completed training as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d), CNC specialist (m/f/d) or a comparable technical qualification forms your basis
- as a setter (m/f/d) you already have professional experience and routine in the production environment
- you are characterised by manual skills as well as a pronounced technical affinity
- with written and spoken German you are confident in everyday life and in the documentation
- the willingness to work in a 3shift system is a matter of course for you
- a valid work permit will enable you to start
- an advantage: Driving licence and your own car so that you can organise your commute flexibly
