Your responsibilities:
- Responsibility for the operational and strategic management of the customer service department
- Involvement in day-to-day business to gain first-hand understanding of processes and set an example
- Developing and implementing strategies for the further development of customer service, including automation, standardization, and digitization with the aim of achieving an excellent customer experience
- Continuously optimizing and further developing our CRM systems and other relevant tools to increase efficiency and customer value
- Motivation, leadership, and development of the team, promotion of personal responsibility and motivation
- Close cooperation with the sales force, marketing, IT, and other interface areas
- Analysis of KPIs, derivation of measures for process improvement and increase in customer satisfaction
- Support and implementation of change projects in customer service
Your profile:
- Several years of experience in managing a customer service team, ideally with strategic responsibility
- Strong leadership skills, ability to motivate others, and enjoyment of team development
- Experience in process optimization, automation, and digitization of service processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Hands-on mentality: you are also involved in day-to-day operations and can act as a role model
- Analytical skills and data-driven thinking, experience in dealing with KPIs and reporting
- Experience in B2B and ideally B2C environments
