Requirements Engineer (m/f/d)
What you can expect from us:
- You carry out requirements analyses and take up the product and project requirements of our customers
- You specify and evaluate the requirements with product and project management, UX/UI experts, software architects and developers
- You are the technical contact person for our customers and the project team and are responsible for the entire life cycle of the requirements
- You plan and moderate workshops and present the implemented requirements to stakeholders
- You process public tenders and are also responsible for product optimization
What convinces us:
- You have a degree in (business) informatics or a comparable qualification with appropriate professional experience
- You have experience in requirements management for IT projects and the preparation of functional specifications or user stories
- You have in-depth knowledge of the application of common requirements engineering methods
- You have a high level of customer orientation, communication skills and a self-confident and convincing appearance
- You have an analytical, structured approach and can quickly familiarise yourself with projects with complex issues
- You enjoy working in or with agile, cross-functional teams
- Ideally, you have a CPRE or PSPO certification (not mandatory)
- You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
