Your mission:

• Check-in and check-out – a piece of cake for you
• Excellent service for our discerning guests, young and old
• Informing guests about events, recommendations and reservations of all kinds
• Communication on the phone or in person as well as written communication via email or messages
• You have the ability to deal with guests in a friendly, patient and professional manner
• Ensuring the smooth running of daily tasks in the front office
• Upselling of additional services

For you it goes without saying anyway:

• Completed training or experienced career changer
• Free access to the labor market in Germany
• Ideally experience with the Opera hotel system
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Friendliness and helpfulness towards guests and colleagues
• Willingness to live the company philosophy
• Interest in and love of the hotel industry and service
• Willingness to work in a team – commitment, reliability, independence and punctuality
• Well-groomed appearance
