Your daily tasks in this position are:
- You are an important representative of our hotel and embody the Pirchnerhof brand through your personal style
- You welcome our guests warmly and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process
- You market our outlets and our leisure partners
- You are the first point of contact for all guests’ wishes and concerns
- You accompany our guests through their stay and take responsibility for their satisfaction
- You ensure that your team complies with all procedures regarding reservation requests, bookings, check-in/out, hygiene regulations & orderliness
- You train your team to deliver a high level of guest service and to always think service oriented
- You inspire your team to go beyond themselves
- You check enquiries, guest files and reservations
- You communicate and collaborate with other departments on an ongoing basis
- You work out suggestions for improvements to the reception processes
- You take care of group reservations
