Your tasks
Whether it's a compulsory or voluntary internship — As an intern/flexicant (m/f/d), you will definitely benefit from attractive remuneration and will support the team with the following responsible tasks from 01.01.2027:
- Support in planning, coordinating and monitoring project activities
- Preparation and maintenance of project documentation and relevant documents
- Organization and coordination of appointments, meetings and workshops
- Preparation and follow-up of meetings and documentation of results
- Maintaining and updating project-related information in our systems
- Support in creating presentations, evaluations and overviews with MS Office 365
- Coordination and communication with internal interfaces and project participants
- Supporting the project team with organizational and administrative tasks
- Active participation in optimising procedures and processes within project work
Your profile
You are studying business administration, a comparable course of study or are in a gap year.
You also have the following knowledge and skills:
- Project management skills
- Safe handling of MS Office 365 applications
- Strong team spirit and willingness to cooperate
- Strong communication skills, both orally and in writing
- High organizational skills and structured work
- High level of motivation and willingness to learn new topics
