For our location in Ortenberg, we are looking for a full-time position as soon as possible

Your tasks:

• Day-to-day accounting entries (accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking)
• Preparation and submission of VAT returns and statistical reports
• Preparation and processing of payments
• Assistance with the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements and in controlling
• Management of fixed asset accounting
• Preparation and processing of payroll accounts‍

Your qualifications:

• Completed training in finance/accounting, ideally with further training as a chartered accountant
• Several years’ professional experience in financial accounting and payroll processing
• Proficiency in using payroll software and ERP systems, preferably DATEV and proAlpha
• A structured, meticulous and independent approach to work
• Ability to work in a team and a sense of responsibility
