For our location in Ortenberg, we are looking for a full-time position as soon as possible

Your tasks:

• You are responsible for the execution of projects or construction programs, coordination of all project-specific tasks such as surveys, graphics, assembly or exports.
• Recording, maintenance and processing of all relevant processes in the ERP system.
• Responsibility for internal and external interfaces as well as call-off from suppliers (call-off finished products).
• Collaboration in the development of new projects and inquiries.
• Complaint mapping and processing.
• Managing project reporting.
• Ensuring the achievement of sales targets for the team and the task area.
• Preparation of order calculations and subsequent calculations, plausibility checks/cost optimization.
• Ensuring project success and ensuring the scheduling process.

Your qualifications:

• A technical or Commercial training.
• Very good basic commercial knowledge.
• Assertiveness and coordination skills.
• Structured work style, high level of commitment, ability to work in a team, resilience, and flexibility.
• Very good language skills in German and English, French is an advantage.
