We, Bergolin GmbH & Co. KG, are looking for a Sales Manager (m/f/d) to join our team, someone who can inspire new customers and build lasting partnerships with energy, passion, and agility. Who is Bergolin?

We are a medium-sized company headquartered in Osterholz-Scharmbeck, from where we deliver all over the world! Whether wind power, industry, or sports & leisure—our coating solutions are used in a wide variety of applications and are anything but standard. We develop, produce, and distribute our chemically and physically optimized coatings to fit your exact needs.

Focus Composites Your responsabilities

· Manage and further develop an existing customer base across Europe within the wind energy sector, expanding relationships with a clear understanding of market potential, customer needs, and long-term business development.

· Drive acquisition and onboarding of new customers and partners in the service and aftersales segment, building sustainable cooperation models.

· Act as the primary contact for customers, from technical consulting and quotation preparation through to successful contract conclusion.

· Conduct detailed market and competitor analyses, particularly within service and aftermarket, and translate insights into actionable growth strategies.

· Coordinate projects with service partners and OEMs, including product qualifications, application approvals, and joint development activities.

· Collaborate closely with the Head of Sales, inside sales and application engineering teams, ensuring a seamless information flow between sales and R&D.

· Support international sales initiatives outside Europe when required, contributing to the company’s global development. Your profile

· Completed technical or commercial education, ideally complemented by experience in sales, project management or technical service.

· Strong consultative sales mindset, combining technical understanding with strategic thinking and relationship management.

· Proven track record in a B2B environment, preferably in wind energy, industrial equipment or other technical capital goods.

· Fluent English skills are essential; additional proficiency in Portuguese or Spanish is an advantage.

· Willingness to travel across Europe and confidence in representing the company at customer sites and industry events.

· Structured working style, strong self-organization and the drive to take ownership and deliver results. That's what we offer
