Your role in our team

• Development, operation and optimization of CI/CD pipelines for data and cloud projects
• Evaluation and selection of suitable hardware and software architectures to support scalable cloud and data platforms – taking into account performance, costs and security
• Implementation of efficient containerization and development of robust deployment strategies for productive environments in close cooperation with our software developers
• Monitoring and troubleshooting on-premise and cloud infrastructures (Azure) as well as setting up helpdesk processes for productive systems
• Design and implementation of security and rights management strategies – including secure data transmission and access control

You fit well with us with

• a completed degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable subject – alternatively, you have equivalent training with relevant professional experience in IT
• Experience in DevOps, ideally in Azure environments
• In-depth knowledge of Linux and the ability to evaluate tool landscapes and actively contribute to architectural and technology decisions
• Experience in the efficient creation, optimization and deployment of containers
• Ideally, in-depth knowledge of managing and monitoring container infrastructures (on-premises and cloud) as well as experience in troubleshooting and setting up helpdesk processes for productive models
• a strong understanding of data security concepts – including secure data transfer, rights management and access controls – and the ability to implement these in complex IT environments
• Experience in cloud cost management as well as in developing internal backup strategies for development environments and optimizing resources
