• You define and develop the communication and marketing strategy of our company using modern marketing tools, especially for trade fairs and LinkedIn
• You develop innovative communication concepts and creative campaigns
• You are the interface between the advertising agency and our company, commissioning marketing documents such as catalogs, brochures, flyers, data sheets, product information and presentations
• You are responsible for the development and maintenance of company representatives
• You carry out research and derive targeted marketing measures
• You organize trade fairs and company events
• You support the management in building and maintaining customer relationships

• Successfully completed studies in communications or economics or comparable training
• At least 1 year of experience in planning and implementing PR & marketing strategies and campaigns with successful track record
• Basic experience in online performance marketing (LinkedIn, Google)
• Entrepreneurial thinking and action; personal responsibility for tasks and projects
• Ability to prioritize and strategically classify all activities
• Hands-on experience in the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns for products requiring explanation
• Confident handling of MS Office and online marketing tools (Adobe CC and AI programs desirable, but not necessary)
• Effective communication skills in English and German
• Confident and friendly demeanor, ability to work under pressure, flexibility, structured and team-oriented work
