Responsibilities

• Design and implementation of business operations based on divisional strategy and securing the functionality of business to drive extensive and sustainable growth
• Establishment and strategic development of a global consulting team
• Maintaining and driving operational results within the division
• Increasing of productivity at all levels to effectively achieve BU goals by managing the project execution. Ensuring an optimal utilization in the division
• Overseeing the project management & implementation and taking over full responsibility for the overall efficiency and scaling of the business
• Achieving operational excellence by overseeing the execution of the functions, systems, processes and procedures and leading corrective measures as necessary
• Driving the sales activities in close cooperation with the Global Sales Director
• Working closely with BU VP to define the BU strategy, plan financial milestones, manage budgets, and ensure adherence to set target

Profile

• 10+ years of experience in a senior role within the consulting busines/ pharma industrie in leading positions, with a thorough understanding of business functions such as operations, project management, sales& marketing and finance
• Demonstrable competency in operations management, strategic planning, project management and change management
• Excellent Project Management skills and proven experience in planning, staffing and executing large and complex projects.
• Exceptional leadership skills, portraying an ability to move and inspire a large group in a unified direction and vision
• Strong intercultural skills to successfully lead the global team
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in Business English
• Willingness to travel is required within the scope of the respective responsibilities
