Your responsibilities

You will provide on-site IT and equipment support for laboratory environments in Penzberg, Germany, maintaining systems across operational technology and research infrastructure.

What you bring

• Experience in IT support, preferably within laboratory or technical environments

• Familiarity with hardware, network, and system troubleshooting

• A structured approach to resolving equipment and software issues

Your first months at NSCglobal

You will take on day-to-day equipment support, get to know the laboratory infrastructure in Penzberg, and help keep research systems running smoothly. If you meet most of these requirements and are ready to support critical lab technology, we encourage you to apply.

Employment terms

This is a permanent, on-site role based in Penzberg, Germany, operating at 40 hours per week with a 6-month probation period and 24 vacation days per year.

Compensation

The annual salary for this position is EUR 50,000–50,576 per year.
