YOUR ROLE

As a pivotal member of the Vacheron Constantin Finance Central Team, you will be instrumental in executing our ambitious Finance Roadmap along our Finance Strategy that is built upon four core pillars: Value Creation, Business Partnering, Continuous Improvement, and People Development.

This highly visible role blends financial process transformation with hands-on analysis, performance management, and reporting. You'll architect and execute optimized financial operations, driving robust insights, operational excellence, and value creation in collaboration with HR, Purchasing, Central Accounting, Compliance, and Group FP&A.

PLAYING YOUR PART

Your expertise will be instrumental in several areas:

FP&A PROCESS EXCELLENCE

• Drive continuous improvement and foster best practices in financial planning and analysis processes to enhance collective efficiency and accuracy (e.g., Performance reporting, Purchase Order management)
• Develop, implement, and evolve robust internal controls and financial procedures, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks, and adapting to technological advancements
• Align financials objectives with business strategy, developing scalable financial management approaches across departments and regions
• Support Headquarter business partners on Group reporting rules and systems

CONTROLLING & REPORTING

• Lead and oversee the review and validation of monthly financial closings, adhering strictly to IFRS standards and Group policies and adopting a hands-on approach, as well as a close working relationship with Central Accounting
• Prepare insightful personnel costs reports with variance analysis and develop compelling presentations for executive decision-making (e.g., KPIs, trends, strategic recommendations)
• Lead regular business review meetings, discussing financial performance, forecasts, and strategic initiatives
• Identify optimization opportunities and foster strong partnerships with Purchasing teams for effective cost management

TRANSVERSAL PROJECTS

• Actively contribute to and lead strategic projects focused on driving efficiencies and building a robust financial infrastructure for the Maison's long-term growth

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL?

• Master’s degree in Finance, Controlling, or Accounting
• +5 years of progressive experience in Finance or Corporate Controlling roles, including significant interaction with accounting shared service centers
• Exceptional analytical skills, capable of challenging ideas and proposing adapted solutions
• In-depth knowledge of IFRS standards, accounting rules, and internal control frameworks, with a keen interest in technological optimization (e.g., SAP, GCP & Looker, and AI for financial insights)
• Excellent communication skills (French and English) and interpersonal abilities, able to translate complex data into actionable strategic recommendations
• Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and collaborate effectively within multi-functional teams and in a dynamic, international environment
• Service-oriented, proactive, self-starter with a courageous and humble attitude
