The HSE Co-ordinator supports the NSSS Contract HSE Department by effectively coordinating administrative and HSE-related training tasks as outlined below. This role is based on site Monday to Friday 40 hours a week
Administration of NSSS HSE Team electronic and hard-copy documents
Tracking HSE-related documents and procedures to ensure their authors update them in accordance with agreed timeframes
Logging and reviewing Bilfinger Safety Observation Cards including uploading onto Insight (Client HSEQ Database)
Ensuring legally required documents are retained in accordance with pre-specified timeframes
Setting up and administering a database for the HSE Team monitoring equipment and ensuring the calibration of the monitoring equipment remains in date
Setting up and monitoring a database to ensure site supervision receive Bilfinger and Client toolbox talks in a timely manner and recording their delivery
Setting up and monitoring a database regarding site supervision undertaking pre-determined Bilfinger and client site inspections
Setting up and monitoring a database regarding Senior Management undertaking pre-determined leadership visits to site
Taking control of the HSE Dashboard to ensure all items remain up to date including the locations of the team
Coordinating RAMS documents / Fire Risk Assessments / DSEAR Risk Assessments etc. to log their receipt and place into the HSE Dashboard using a RAG code in accordance with pre-determined timescales
Acquiring monthly hours figures and placing them into the monthly dashboard along with incident data to enable accurate incident rates
Taking minutes during meetings and relaying them to the meeting / interview leads
Support the Environmental Manager with collating and submitting environmental data to the Client
