At our soul retreat Giardino Ascona in Ticino, we are looking to fill the following position for the summer season, starting approx. from the end of March 2026 or by arrangement:

In this role, you will be responsible for transporting luggage at arrivals and departures, supporting the housekeeping team with linen distribution, window cleaning, and other cleaning duties throughout the home and public areas.

• Experience in an equivalent position in the luxury hotel industry
• Treating beautiful materials with care
• Thorough and responsible work
• Ability to work under pressure, flexibility and enthusiasm
• Neat appearance and polite manners
• Respectful attitude toward colleagues and superiors
• Ability to work as part of a team
• B-category driver’s license
• Good language skills in Italian, English and German
