What you’ll do:
In this Analytics and Data Intelligence Associate role, you will improve efficiency and data-driven decision-making for the SAP BTP leadership, focusing on automating information flows and improving business insights.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes (HANA Calculation Views, SAP Datasphere) for timely, high-quality data.
• Explore and integrate corporate data sources.
• Creation and maintenance of Data Products via SAP Datasphere in line with internal governance processes
• Conduct data analysis to provide insights via SAP Analytics Cloud dashboards, identifying and investigating issues.
• Build AI agents and leverage AI tools for office and project management process automation.Lead data intelligence projects to deliver effective solutions with colleagues.

What you bring:

• University degree in computer science, data science, business intelligence or comparable fields of study, including first practical experiences
• Language requirements: English business fluent, German is a plus
• Experience with SAP solutions, ideally deeper knowledge with the tools mentioned above. Knowledge and experience with SAP Business Technology Platform is a plus
• Advanced programming skills in pro-code and low-code environments (e.g., SQL, Python, SAP Business Application Studio, Github Actions, etc.)
• Experience working in a project team and basic project management skills, plus a strong orientation towards collaboration and outcomes
• Proven experience with SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP HANA databases
• Familiarity with AI/ML tools for agent development.

Our team supports the Member of the SAP Extended Board – General Manager & Chief Product Officer for SAP BTP. Our primary objective is to identify and advance strategic projects and initiatives that deliver significant impact for the SAP BTP unit, thereby contributing to the overall success of our platform.

Therefore, we focus our activities on four key goals:

• Improve fact-based business steering through high quality & tailored insights
• Identification and support of key projects with strategic value
• Driving AI adoption and SAP’s agent business
• Empowerment of our leadership team for best performance

We are a distributed team, with colleagues working from our headquarters in Walldorf as well as from our local offices in Berlin, and in the United States (bay area).
