Job description
- You will be responsible for responding to complex verbal and written customer enquiries and emergency calls
- You will be responsible for entering and maintaining customer master data in our customer databases
- You will also be responsible for processing customer correspondence using form letters and individual letters
- You will work actively with all relevant internal and external customer service departments throughout Germany to ensure correct and timely processing of transactions
Requirements
- Completed vocational training, e.g. as a dialogue marketing specialist (m/f/d), a comparable qualification or professional experience in customer service
- You are confident in using common MS Office applications
- Very good German language skills are part of your profile
- You are willing to work in shifts after training and have the flexibility to do so
- Communication and your friendly, customer- and service-oriented way of working speak for you
