Your advantages
- Personnel and technical management of the packaging department with approx. 50 employees in 2-3 shift operation and active promotion of team maturity through targeted development measures
- Ensuring compliance with GMP regulations and GMP-compliant documentation for the entire packaging area
- Preparation, support and follow-up of customer audits and inspections by authorities
- Achieving sales and return targets for the packaging department while meeting quality and delivery time targets
- Technical evaluation of packaging processes and materials as part of the process development of new products, technology transfers and process or product changes
- Contributing to the optimization of existing production processes and implementing pioneering lean management methods to achieve efficiency gains
- Supporting the strategic procurement and introduction of new production systems and components
- Direct report to the person with overall responsibility for pharmaceutical production
Your profile
- Completed studies (chemistry, pharmacy, engineering) or completed basic training and specialist further training in the pharmaceutical sector
- Experience in packaging/packaging, preferably in the pharmaceutical or food production sector
- Several years of demonstrably successful management experience
- Authentic, passionate and empathetic leader with strong communication skills who can inspire and motivate teams
- Strong creative drive and the courage to actively optimize processes and structures and drive new things forward
- Solution-oriented and analytical way of thinking and very good coordination and organizational skills
- Very good knowledge of German and English, other languages an advantage
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, production planning tools and SAP knowledge an advantage
