What we expect
- Data-based control and monitoring of the plasma etch process using machine or measurement data
- Solving process or equipment problems in close cooperation with various departments or external suppliers
- Evaluating and implementing possible process simplifications/improvements to reduce manufacturing costs, increase process yield and improve product robustness
- Transferring new technologies to production in collaboration with R&D and process integration
- Interface with other technical areas (e.g. maintenance, R&D, line control, suppliers, etc.) and other relevant departments (e.g. quality)
Who we are looking for
- Successfully completed degree (Master) in engineering or natural sciences or comparable
- Several years of professional experience in technical areas required
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and project-oriented working style
- Advanced problem solving skills (8D, Six Sigma)
- Independent, responsible and team-oriented way of working
- Willingness to take on new tasks and solve them as part of a team
- Well organized and able to work with diverse requirements
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
