First Level Process Technician (m/ f/ d)

Your tasks

• Evaluation of hold lots according to OCAP (Out of control action plan) rules
• Processing holds or set equipment on hold according to specified work instructions
• Machine release after PM according to specified work instructions
• Equipment qualifications: Basic data generation & review, data based disposition of split & pilot wafers
• Close co-operation with process engineering, maintenance and production
• Documentation of activities in Promis/Xsite/SPC/FMEA
• Assessment of measurements and surface inspections (layer thickness, MIC, AVI)
• Participation in predefined meetings
• Clean room works

Who we are looking for

• Experience in production (e.g. operator, or similar)
• Knowledge of semiconductor process flows beneficial
• Basic knowledge about production equipment
• Experience with production software
• German knowledge (at least B1)
• Basic English knowledge
• Training program: 1 onboarding month, 6 months process specific training in the ENG-area (Monday - Friday)
• After training program: switch to continuous shift model (e.g. soft konti, konti, etc.)
• Follow safety, cleanroom and 5S methodology
• Willingness to learn
• Problem-solving skills
• Flexible in terms of changes (including coverage or priorities)
• Team player and communicates proactively
• Implementation of the "zero defect strategy" and the 5S methodology
